Gujarat Talent Search Test 9th Standard (February 2020) – Prakharata Shodh Kasoti

Notification is released for Gujarat Talent Search Test TST 9th Standard popularly known as Prakharata Shodh Kasoti. Exam to be conducted in February 2020.

Online Application

Online Application for Gujarat Talent Search Test is available between 5th December 2019 to 20 December 2019. Application needs to be filled by respective schools for all the students who are appearing for this test. Schools need to use “Index Number” and “Password” that was used to fill 10th Standard student details.

Applications can only be submitted online. There is no process for offline submission.

Exam Centre Choice

Select the exam centre closest to the school. Once you fill the details of all students, this exam centre will be auto applicable for all students.

Student Registration

After choosing the exam centre, fill the details of all students like Surname, Name, Father’s name, Medium, Caste, Gender and GR No. For Divyang (Differently abled) student, select yes in the check box. Once you fill all the details, click on save button.


Payment for all students need to be done at once. Schools can do online payment via internet-banking or credit cards. They can also do payment offline via SBI Branch Payment.

Exam Pattern

Exam is conducted in 3 languages – Gujarati, English and Hindi. There are total 100 Questions each carrying 1 mark. Total Maximum Marks is 100. For each incorrect answers 1/3 mark will be deducted. Total duration of exam is 2 hours. The exam is multiple-choice-question MCQ type. OMR answer sheet will be provided.

Question paper is divided into 4 sections – Gujarati (30 Q) , English (30 Q) , Social Science (30 Q) and General Knowledge (10 Q).

Gujarati section is mandatory in all mediums.
