Gear up for your new year resolution!

New Year is around the corner and with it all sorts of resolutions are making a buzz. You may be able to make something work and while something have always been in your pending list never actually getting crossed. If there is something that you are looking to start off as your New Year resolution, then don’t wait for 1st January to knock your door. Take your stride and start early to gain momentum.

If you are looking to improve your fitness as your New year resolution, then you can start from today and get some momentum going. So you don’t jump start into New year and feel too much happening at once. You can start slow now and as days progress you will be in rhythm to actually gain speed and feel better.

If you are looking to run or do some sport, then take out your shoes and go out in the ground and park. Stay slow and get that inertia out of the box.

Chase yourself and find yourself !

If you are looking to read a lot next year, then take some book now and start reading few pages a day. As you gain the flow to sit at a place and read, increase the amount of time you are spending on reading along with trying to gain from what your reading. So when you are building your wishlist of books to read, you are not confused or blocked.

If you are looking to start a new habit or learn something new like a language or a skill, then find a circle or a person with similar interests or join some club. As you get frequented with the environment, you will gain the necessary interest and practice to get going. As you step into new year, you will feel prepared and can focus well on your decision.

As the times have been challenging for all of us, there isn’t any need to push self or beat unnecessarily. Always try to find your natural flow and do that what makes you happy. Let the energy of life work for you

There is a constant energy being transferred in the Universe. Some energy reaches the Earth in the form of Sunlight. One which is very necessary for life to exist. We humans consume light as well. That gives us energy in form of Vitamin D.

In life, there is a constant flow of energy from people in your life, the places you go to, your work place and your neighborhood. Often you meet a small cute child on your way out of your home and you smile. The innocence and cuteness of the child makes you feel a certain kind of emotion.

At the same time, while you are traveling in a bus you get squeezed in the crowd or it rains on your way to an important meeting, there is a different kind of emotion running through you. What if you have ordered a pizza on a hungry night and you get a cold pizza delivered late. You get so flabbergasted.

But when you sit in a park on a Sunday morning and look at the people going around. The chirping of the birds and the animals running around. That vibrant situation creates a sense of positive energy in you. You can feel some type of energy going through you and everything else in the world is not reaching you.

It is not everytime things are smooth. But one the simplest effort we can make in feeling the energy around us is to smile and connect with the nature. Let the momentum gain. Be one with the things and stop struggling within.

For once believe in the flow of life and continue to embrace as things happen in your life. Be like the child and be curious to know and experience life. Everyday will be exciting and new.

When you let the energy flow through you, you feel stronger than you were. There is always a guiding force working for you. You will meet new people who are there for the things you need in your life. When you seek, the things are arranged in the way it must be.

So follow your rhythm of life. Be one with self and others. Don’t struggle within. Embrace the nature and it’s signals. Smile within and out. Life will nurture you like its own child. Stay blessed.

Step by Step gain control of yourself and your life !

SELFCARE

When everything seems to be out of place, just hold on for a while and take something that is in your own control and try to make the best of it.

Start by eating well and taking care of yourself. Go for a walk or a jog or get a routine of physical exercise.

Once you start to feel better improve on your capacity. Feel the emotions flowing through you. Listen to some music and follow your rhythm.

NOURISHMENT

Then gift yourself little happiness. Get that favorite item you have been longing for. Try to eat something that makes you happy. Meet a friend who is on the same rhythm as you. Go out for a while.

SMALL THINGS

As you start you get flowing with pace and things start to getting into shape, take the bigger tasks and stuff that involves others. Things that aren’t directly in your control. Take them one by one, bit by bit. As you go on, some may happen smoothly while others may still be at the same place. Since you have changed from the last time, there may be something you can do about it.

IMPROVEMENT

Try to focus on things that are important and make a map of what you wish to do. Take a decision on stagnant things. Let go some of the old things that you have been stuck with. Find a new place. Get yourself into different position in life. May be look for a new job if it requires. Fix a broken electronic item. Get a face lift for your room. Buy something that is necessary and nourish self and surrounding.

BOOST

Then when you are on the final edge, double down on your capacity. Increase your limit of physical endurance. Take part in competitions. Plan your days ahead. Take a stride. Plan your finance. Make decisions of things that need your intervention and carry forward from there. Own your self and your life. Shred off things that are not necessary.

CHALLENGE

Gift yourself with bigger things that will help you develop further in life. Make good connections that keep you going. Stay on course. Take a vacation once in a while. Do things that you like and are good at.

TRANSFORMATION

Over the period of time, you will feel better at things you do and you will do things that make you feel better. You will find transformation at the core level and now the world will look so different from your view point.

Resilience

What can you teach someone from a young age that can help them for the rest of their life ?

Answer: Resilience !

Resilience the ability to keep going on even when it seems to have a very sleek chance. It may seem similar to stubbornness and ignorance to go on, but has got more layers to it.

Resilience can be developed and can be an ongoing process to improve. By going through various challenging situations and getting exposed to certain circumstances, one can learnt to be resilient.

It may seem difficult at the start, but by slowing making a move it becomes clear that by continuous effort more can be achieved or delivered.

When everything is going well, it can become easier to do something more and things seem possible within the reach. But when things aren’t going well, it becomes difficult to continue have a flow and things seem to far to be fetched. During those times, it is the amount of Resilience one shows along with concentrated efforts and focus that make the ends meet.

Hence if you can teach someone one of the fundamental qualities that can help them for the rest of their life – teach them RESILIENCE !

Whatever you are seeking is already seeking for you !

It is about what we think about all the time. The innate thing within us that makes us who we are. Sometimes we may wait or sometimes we may rush. But our compass is already redirected towards it. We cannot know when we are going towards it or when we are in the process of it, but when we reach there or we pass that point, we can look back and say for our story that something we happen to become was meticulously laid down by series of events and occurences which make it sound that what we were seeking was already making its way towards us.

That’s about it.

A mix of psychology, philosophy, observation of life, function of human mind and their abilities. It sums up it all.

But this is about deeper things in life and not about the regular stuff that one may think to achieve or possess. It’s about those one or two things that makes a whole lot of difference in someone’s life.

And yes, it’s a beautiful quote.

To be able to actually believe it or just know it and traverse the journey to all the odds, is a matter of golden heart and mind.
