As with other historical monuments and sites in Surat, Andrew’s Library is often not looked at with as much awe as it should be. Over 150 years old library, held a rich source of information in various areas of history, culture and arts, before over 25000 artifacts got destroyed in 2005 floods in Surat.
If there is any hope to bring back the heritage of Surat’s history, then a strong hope relies on the Heritage Walkway, which is new face of “The Hope Bridge” constructed in 1870s.
